Affect：Duetothecurrentoutdoortemperature,themanagementofficeistestingtheair-conditionsystemandplanningtosupplythecoolingairatdifferenttimessinceMay4,2016.

事件：依据室外天气温度，管理处正在进行空调制冷系统测试运行工作，并计划于2016年5月4日进行分时段进行空调冷气供应。

Remark:1.MajorityresidentsofParkAvenuehadsettlesenergycosttimely.FormaintainingtheAir-conditioningservice,wewouldliketoadviceyoushouldpayforyourenergycostontime.

2.ManagementofficewillsendDEBITNOTEtoallresidentswhohasnotsettledenergycosttimely.Inordertoavoidtheinconvenientofusage,pleasepaytheenergycostafterreceivingtheDEBITNOTE.Alsomanagementofficewillpublicizetheapartmentswhichhavenotsettledenergycost.

3.Atthesametime,wewouldliketoremindyoushouldpayattentiontoconservationusingAir-conditioningenergy.

备注：1.管理处在此呼吁，能源费的及时缴纳是维系公园大道小区整体空调系统正常运行的根基，为保证大多数按时交纳能源费的住户的权益不被侵占，为确保小区空调系统运行不受到影响，请阁下及时交纳空调能源费。

2.管理处将对所有欠缴空调能源费单元送达<<缴费通知书>>，还请住户收到此函后缴纳能源费用，以免逾期影响单元空调的正常使用，且管理处将对仍未缴纳能源费单元进行公示。

3.同时，请阁下在开启空调制冷期间，注意节约使用空调能源。
